At the outset of your relationship with ECRM you will be given access to a preparation site, which is an online portal with all pertinent information for your Program. Here you can clearly and quickly review all suppliers that are going to be on your schedule ahead of time. You’ll be able to view a supplier’s full profile, as well as have access to their page within our RangeMe product sourcing platform.
The RangeMe platform is an added technological benefit to all buyers and suppliers that work with ECRM. RangeMe allows suppliers to build social-network-like profile pages with all the key information about their products. Buyers can search this categorized platform which has a database of thousands of items at any given time. Additionally, as a buyer if you find an item of interest and notice that particular seller is not registered for an upcoming Program you’ll be attending, you can invite suppliers to come via the RangeMe platform, or communicate with them directly to set up a future meeting.
When you participate in a category Program, ECRM staff will provide directions on how to use the ECRM Connect™ app, a unique mobile and desktop online software application. This application is free and is known for its simplicity, allowing you to take notes during each meeting that get uploaded instantly to the cloud and imported into our follow-up site. You can access information on who you will be meeting with and what the key points of their products are while you are in the product discovery phase.
Connected seamlessly to the prep site, the follow-up site houses all the notes from your meetings and provides benchmark notifications to remind you of which contacts you need to follow up with and when.
